This place is so horrendous, I have no idea were to start. Was told multiple times that everyone in my 3 rooms would be covered for the water park too.. No so as they wanted more $. They charge outrageous amount off my credit card for amenities they don't otherwise tell you about or used. Austin who works water park desk offered me the free passes to make up the loss if i filed out a complaint form against the front desk. I filled it out and thanked him for the 4 passes and ill be down the next morning with the kids. The next morning he retract the offer and wanted to charge me. .. This place is a scam beware! btw, the worse off it was that are room check in was 4pm, they didn't have it clean and done till 7pm! 16 people in an anniversary party having to wait 3 hours after check in.

I loved my stay there. They now have the water park and I just loved it.
