Rackers bar and billiards is the most unprofessional dive of an establishment I have ever stepped foot in.
I gave scott my debit card to pay for my drinks, he walks to the opposite end of the bar, for all of 2 minutes, dilly-dallys, takes a shot, returns and asks me how I was going to pay for my drinks. When I make a fuss of him losing my debit card, he rummaged through the garbage can, looks around the bar, and asks fellow bar patrons if he accidentally gave them my brand new Bank Of America debit card. Then comes back and trys to say I never gave it to him. After I cancel my card and confront this d abuser further, he flags me and threatens to call the police.
Jimmi riggi(head bartender) is a terrible person, once a friend and he ought not cross my path. Scott(incompetent addict bartender) is a mo-ron, probably on drgs and doesn't desrve the sorry job he's got, and ted jacobs(most inadequate owner) is the biggest unprofessional, gutless slouch I've ever seen.
Simpleton! Stole it, misplaced it, gave it to someone by accident, ur a mo-ron.
Ted jacobs won't take my complaint seriously whatsoever. He won't write an email, text or call me to take my complaint seriously. He tells jimmi that he doesn't believe me. Regardless on how u feel about the situation, the professional thing to do would be to address the customers concern. He's an obese, lazy individual that depends on his d addicted, drunkard thralls to run his business for him while he enjoys the good life down rehobeth beach. He is, by far, the utmost unprofessional businessman I've ever come across in my whole life. He ignores me, blocks me from messaging him on fb, won't call me or email me back, so unprofessional, and tells jimmi riggi to bar me from his dive. That's how these mis-haps handle the valid issue of his bartender losing, stealing, or misplacing my debit card, in all of approximately 2minutes.
I haven't stepped foot in that dive all summer because it's a lousy watering hole of a dive bar. And the one night I do the bartender misplaces my debit card, all drunk behind the bar. And this is not the first time scott lost a customers card, according to a friend.
