Problem at the Drive Up Window

I recently went through the drive thru. I put my check ,deposit slip and driver licenses in an envelope and put it in the draw.



Some how the paper work got caught and got stuck under the draw. The teller at the window was very helpful and even came outside and tried to get it out. She was very helpful and was working hard to get it out.



Another teller came out. She saw what was going on and said she would have to call in service and they may not be out till tomarrow. I told her I could not be driving around for two days without my licenses. She basically said I had no choice, I asked her to call the service people today, she said they are very busy and that I could wait all day for them to come out if I wanted. I advised her she was being rude and she said I was.



She then was questioning me in that I must have put the paper work in wrong. When they were outside trying to get my paper work out, they pulled out a deposist slip from another customer. The teller working the window continued to work on getting my paper work out and finally did, she was very helpful and worked hard at it and I thank her the other teller I would say may need to training on how to work with customers.



If other peoples paper work is being caught besides mind they may want to fix the drawer.
