Bought a PV10 lift. The product was installed by myself and I am very pleasded by its quality. Directions need common sense to fill in the blanks. I figured it out w/ out ever putting one together before. Sales in the show room could have been better. Could have known how to operate other items on the floor. I felt rushed as I asked to walk around and see what else they have to offer. They have a disclaimer on the receipt relieving them of any damage to your vehicle while loading. So my wood floor of the trailer was dug up by the methods of loading. Felt rushed, I expected a bit more in terms of a knowledgable sales staff. The man behind the front desk would not even lift his head to say welcome. Again first time there. But I went there after 40 hours of investigating on which lift brand to buy. I do not regret my desicion. The lift surpasses the Forward lift and burries the Challenger E10 models. I will return for additional items and will not expect any better service than this.
