Most of the time I get seen pretty fast. The nurses are friendly and they take care of you. My nurse helped me double check my stuff so I wouldn't leave anything there. They make you feel very comfortable.

Great place to be if you are in need of help quick. Christana Care really helps out if need to get some out of the to the hosiptal Qucikly.

Be very careful when dealing with Hospital. The doctors and nurses don't like to be guestioned about their procedures. I was that I had no medical background to guestion them. Also: Their accounts receivable dept does not care about credit standing. They will refer a $40.00 co-pay to collections, of a $2500.00 hospital paid bill. The technician never collected the co-pay at time of oppointment, and because they did not include my complete address, I never received their three billings. But at time of service they took my complete address; my cell phone number; and my e-mail address. Also, I am registered on their CCHS FAMILY PRACTICE SITE. THE HAD ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON FILE. BUT, I was easier for their lazy employees' just to send it off to collections.I only found this out when I requested my annual free credit report. As soon as I saw this black mark on my credit report, I called the collection agency immediately, to pay the forty dollars ($40.00). Time elasped from my appointment to the time that paid the collection agency-9 Months. Despicable CCHS.

I'm not going to say Christiana is a terrible hospital but I will tell you of one experience & you can decide for yourself. It was 3 years ago that my sister in law was admitted with a massive brain bleed - she was intubated. My brother & his family kept looking at the monitor & saw the numbers registering - no one explained that the machine was doing all the work.. He left & before he could get back to the hospital someone from the hospital called & said they wanted to remove her from the machine. I believe that the right thing to do would have been to wait until he got back to the hospital to talk with him about it - not just call on the phone - pretty unfeeling.. He was devastated.. I just think that sometimes doctors & nurses assume that everyone understands what they themselves understand.

Both of my parents have been treated in this hospital and we have been very pleased with the care.
