They were hired to put up a new partial back fence. They used garbage wood that was full of knotholes. They started on the wrong end so there is a 2+1/2 inch GAP where the two fences SHOULD have met.

There is also a 5+1/2 x 1+1/2 inch chunk cut out of one of the base boards. This was noticed right away, but he tried to explain it away by saying "Oh, yeah, that's totally normal. That's just how they come."

This guy has completely taken advantage of us. He is an absolute CROOK.
