Forever 21 is really nice to shop if you are skinny and small.... tiny people. Its the only place I can go that I know something fits me. However, Forever21 in Newpark Mall have poor customer service... not smiling and not helpful at all when you ask them some questions... just my opinion, I could be wrong, every shopping experience is different.
