We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and this was the parking garage directly next door and linked with the hotel for parking. We parked our car (brand new car, less then 2 months old) on Monday night and did not retrieve until Thursday morning. As our car was being turned over to us, we thoroughly inspected the outside of our vehicle and noticed several large scratches. The passenger mirror was also damaged. It looked as though the car was scraped against the concrete walls. Clearly someone had damaged our car and the fact that they were attempting to return it to us without even telling us what had happened was infuriating. I felt they were being very shady and just hoping we would get in our car and drive away without noticing the damage they had done. We filled out an incident report and have contacted our insurance company. Luckily the hotel refunded our parking fee due to the damage. Would not recommend parking your car here.
