Provided by YP.comI was hesitant before going to Walter after reading the mixed reviews. The problem with my clock was that the cuckoo wasn’t working, apart from that it was working fine. He told me he would fix it within a week. After 4 weeks, Walter let me know that he cannot fix it and I should pick up the clock with no charge.
The clock now is scratched at the front and on the side and is not working any longer. Walter told us that it must have fallen down at some point before I brought it to him. You can still make your own decision if you want to go to him, but I wish I had listened to my gut feel, my clock would still work and would not be scratched.

Provided by YP.comGreat Service. Highest Professional knowledge.
Very polite man. I had a pleasure visiting this amasing store with a lot of wonderful timepeaces. But the main thing that I resolved all my problems with my watch for very reasonable price. Now I know the place where I can get professional help.
Thank you Walter.
