Am a frequent buyer at the VF. Have only two suggestions/criticisms: (1) put down a real floor; during the winter months, itis very cold walking on the concrete; (2) customers are always tasting from the olive bar by putting their hands directly in the barrels. You need to set up a sampling station and cover the barrels with access only using a utensil. You have the best chicken wings in the world; why do you have them only on Sats. and Suns?
