Provided by YP.comDon't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors, the amazing sales pitches. The colorists are amazing at marketing themselves and saying all the right things. I'd rather someone who is actually great at hair color and not all talk. I'm going back to Carlina Ortega. I'm going to her new salon.
