Most NYC hotel rooms are small. I have stayed at this hotel twice this year & found it to be roomier than most, clean & most importantly with its own bathroom! Not to be taken for granted in the city! The staff, with the exception of housekeeping who u don't really see anyway, we're extremely friendly & helpful. I'm referring to the front desk, bell staff & concierge. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Also location is great!

The Radisson Hotel in New York was a big disappointment! The room with two single beds was small with dirty carpets, staff unfriendly, room the first day not made up until 7:30 p.m. after we called to say what's with that? Water pressure in the shower was next to none, the tub liner was separated from the tub and you could feel the air pockets with your feet. All in all not what I would expect from the Radisson lines of hotels. Would not recommend staying there! The only positive note was Stanley the doorman, great personality, good attitude, too bad the rest of the hotel wasn't that way!
