I was in the neighborhood and needed to see an optometrist for a routine eye exam and needed to purchase a new pair of frames . Two women were working at the counter the first one near the exit of the facility appeared quite in experienced and i notice her behavior towards some of the customers what surprised me was the lack of knowledge and lack of customer service skills .she displayed a sort of rude behavior towards the patients and customers. almost belligerent . I wonder if the owner of this business is aware of her behavior when he isn't looking. I hope he realizes her behavior will cost him business. Horrible experience wouldn't recommend it to anyone . walked further and came across another optical business and when i walked in the lady welcomed me in . what a difference. Please don't go to sight and style ladies there are uneducated and rude.
