i've had a lease with them for 3 years and they're unbearable. we've had mice for all three years and we have to beg them to send out an exterminator. sharon, who works at the main office, actually *yells* at you when you call. ive never reviewed a company on yp before but felt it was my obligation to inform other potential tenants of how horrible they treat the people that live in their buildings

I have had a lease with them for seven years. I let them know that i would have to move out and would be breaking my lease. I gave them plenty of notice and was working with them. we had worked out an arrangement and I found someone to sign a new lease. the landlord told me multiple times that if we did that i would not be out my 350 for breaking the lease. she of course went back on her word and is now saying i left a lot of furniture and a mess behind (i left only what the girls asked me to leave). they did this same exact thing to other friends of mine who were also living in the building. they are tricky and underhanded. I would NOT rent an apartment from them cause i am pretty sure this is what they try and do with everyone!
