Mazel Tov!!! I am black and not Jewish but I had to say it that way anyway lol. Ephraim is a godsend!!! I am a physical culture teacher and researcher and had all my lifes work - videos from around the world, photos, documents etc, on my Seagate HD that ceased to be detected on any computer. I was devasted and terrified that it was all gone forever. Yes I had backed up files before but not recently enough. And I had previously gotten indications that my files were corrupted. Ugh.

But it was Ephraim to the rescue! This friendly and very pleasant man knows his tech, and is confident and competent enough for even the most troublesome cases. With the stage 3 level of the problems with my HD, I was VERY satisfied and relieved at the rates he gave to me; as when I revealed these rates to other professionals, their immediate responses were "Thats Cheap!" Data recovery is a serious business and can get pricey fast depending on the problem. But our precious data is oft times priceless.

Ephraim works from his home though this matters not. The job gets done, and very darn well. And all sorts of professionals have their businesses and dwelling consolidated. Especially these days. Ephraim lives in a VERY upscale area, and the place is clean and very nice, one section of which, is his very legitimate office and work lab filled with all of the latest and advanced technical tools for diagnostics repair and recovery.
Overall it was an excellent experience. I have ALL of my files back. And now I can move forward successfully. I absolutely recommend Sherlock Recovery! As I not only made the best choice. I also made a friend. - Xavier J.
