After coming here for over 8 months and being happy with the service, I was shocked at the lack of professionalism when three pairs of my jeans were altered vastly differently from how they were pinned and were ruined by the tailor. I simply asked that I not be charged for the fact that the jeans are basically unwearable and was told that the manager refused to refund me. When I asked for the managers number I was told that they could not give out the number. Losing a customer altogether over $40 is absurd! Please avoid this cleaners/tailor as nearly any other establishment would want to ensure that their longtime customers are happy.
