This business offered some of the most foul customer service that I have ever experienced. While some of the employees attempted to be friendly and helpful, the nasty Mr. Rosen thwarted their efforts to do so at every turn. When I patronize an establishment and offer them costly business(Mr. Rosen even tried to over charge me and charge me for gratis services), I do not expect to be treated as though I am receiving a tremendous favor. This experience has left a very bad taste that continues to linger. TRY TO AVOID AT ALL COST.
