Imagine walking into a hotel, asking for a room, and then asking for the price. Now, imagine the hotel clerk asking you how badly you want the room to determine the cost v. having a set cost. This is what buying anything "Vintage" is like at Robertos. Roberto seems to be runnning the biggest con-scheme in New York. The staff are not friendly, the staff are arrogant, and Roberto condones their behavior because he models this behavior. I will never again visit Robertos for anything. Avoid Robertos Winds.

While I am confident this store has a wide selection of interesting merchandise, I am exceedingly disappointed in my attempted third purchase with them. The item I attempted to purchase (was used) was listed as in stock, had pictures of the individual item, and was processed via online purchase. Four days after the purchase and the charge, I received an email stating they did not have the item and if they did, they would charge a lot more for it. This is a disgraceful business practice. Not in stock or inventory error-no biggie. Refusing to an item because they feel they can get more--appalling.
