I had a very bad experience dealing with this company and will never use them again. They had my watch for weeks before they even looked at it. When I called for a status update, I was told they were a little behind. I had to repeatedly call them to get information even though they had my email address and phone number(which I had to give them on three different occasions). They would say they would call me with answers to my questions but did not. Were supposed to call me before shipping to make sure I would be home to sign for package when it arrived. However, they just called and left a message on my phone (on a Friday afternoon) and shipped it out before talking with me to coordinate the shipment. Now I have an expensive watch arriving and no one to sign for it. If the manager (I left a message for her to call me.) is interested in following up, I have my notes from every conversation including the dates and the name of who I spoke with. From the date of their receipt of my watch and the date of their shipping it back to me, they had my watch 6.5 weeks.
