If I had the ability to give no stars I would. I took a bridesmaid dress to this place to be altered. The dress was brand new, tags still on, straight from the manufacturer. I tried on the dress in their store and they made the alterations. When I picked up my dress, the snagged part of it, and there were GREASE STAINS AND FOOD ON THE DRESS. It looked like someone was eating lunch while they did the alterations. The worst part - when I told them they needed to fix it and give me a refund, they refused and proceeded to blame me for the snag and the stains. I picked them because of the good reviews on here, but was obviously very mislead. I will never, ever again use them for any service whatsoever. They could have saved me as a customer if they would have at least taken responsibility and given me a refund or a credit or something, but they refused.



Very poor customer service and inexcusable work on the dress. Steer clear.
