I've emailed support 3 times in the last 3 weeks with no reply. Stay away from plumrocket as there are far too many reputable extension development agencies who actually care about their customers.

Plumrocket team always ensures their assignments are delivered ontime. Their work is always of the highest possible quality. They go out of their way and delivered an excellent website. This team has strong communication skills and they are very responsive and attentive to detail. Awesome project manager and team! Would highly recommend!
