I feel NYC Property Managers is the most honest property management company in New York. I have had negative experiences in the past, but for the past year I have used NYC Property Managers. I found them on the internet as they had excellent reviews. I hired a manager (Linda) and she is wonderful. I receive my monthly statements on time, my phone calls are always answered or returned immediately and most of all, the tenants for each of my three one-bdrm units are happy with her. As a matter of fact, a boiler exploded in a building down the block in another building, and Linda went to my building just to ensure the lights/water was still on. Who does this? Good luck in your Real Estate endeavors!

I love these guys. I have neve received my monthly reports late. Plus, I can finaly understand them too. It was a little hard getting used to having my phone calls answered and returned, but after the intial shock of getting treated with respect and professionalism, I have faith in customer service again. Keep up the excellent work.

My former management company would not even return my calls. I would get attitude when requesting information. It would take weeks to even get an apartment ready for turnaround between leasings. NYC Property Managers are the best property managers I have EVER dealt with. These guys are always friendly and seem to know everything about property management. For the first time I actually feel like I'm the customer. I have been impressed with their motivation. Linda's tenacity and friendly, professional demeanor has improved my ROI over last year...and in this economy. Thanks NYC Property Managers and keep up the excellent work.
