Took the 40 hrs.medical training course but no one there seems really care before, during and after the training! During the training, the office people never had a word with you. The instructor seemed separate from them and she told us every time that was the interpreting institute but had nothing to do with her, but the person who was in charge of the "company" was in there? Confuse? We were no opportunity to even get the information about the interpretation career with them even the office was right in the same place with us but with a glass door and wall. You paid your money to the person inside and sat out there to take the course with the instructor only, so out of the ordinary? Before i took the course no one was on the other end of the phone then there was an instructor after you left a message. No one gets your phone calls after the certification! You pay and go thru the course and that is! You can also see my other comment about their merged company!
