Terrible - they turn your shipment over to whatever 3rd party carrier they choose. They post no information nor policies about the other shipping company. When mistakes happen, breakage, over billings, they eliminate themselves from all responsibility by pointing the finger at the 3rd party. I didn't not enter an agreement with the 3rd party, i entered in with NEX. Despite the purchase of insurance, they denied paying it.
