My fathers company owns a few properties in NY that I manage and rent out, and when our previous tenants were evicted I got a call from our landlord showing us some TRASHED rugs. Needing to clean them in a hurry before we brought in clients, I found Organic Rug Cleaners. They offered great deals and were extremely pleasant to work with, even though I was never even in NY. Our Landlord called me and was astounded by how well they cleaned the messed up rugs, they looked brand new! I do not know of many people who can restore and clean Persian Rugs like they did.

My mother recently had the in-laws over who always travel with their two medium sized dogs who SHED like CRAZY! Unfortunately, she has carpet all throughout the house and this is definitely not fur friendly. After their visit, I had gone over to help my mother just tidy up but she explained to me that she was very frustrated having to try to pick out all the fur from the carpet.. So I told her not to worry about it, and that I would find her a rug cleaning service. I called, and set an appointment with Organic Rug Cleaners, and they came by a few days later. Upon arriving, the cleaner was very friendly, and just took a look around to see the space. He immediately got to work, and was very time-efficient. He was able to get rid of all the dog fur throughout the house, and the carpets actually looked 10x better than they did before the in-laws even got there. My mother and stepfather were VERY happy with the work. Price, people, and service were all wonderful!

The rugs for my business were horrible ,I called these guys and they were amazing. The customer service was top notch and the techs were very knowledgeable. Not to mention but the prices were very reasonable. Overall just a great experience with these guys,will be using them again.

Was in NYC staying at my auntie's apartment on Central Park West, I happened to knock over a bottle of medoc on her persian carpet, had to get help quick! Called Organic Rug Cleaners, they came out the same day ad cleaned the carpet, looked amazing and more bright when hey were done, I was so happy! So was my auntie, Organic Rug Cleaners came through in a pinch.. Highly recommend!

Cleaners were extremely thorough and efficient. I had to go to work a few hours after my scheduled cleaning and they were able to get me covered on time. The professionalism was also frontier. Recently my family and I visited New York. We had the pleasure of staying at my sister's 6 bedroom mansion. Our kids accidentally stained the plush velvet carpet with dye stains while playing.
