I cannot connect to a live person to ask why the Bookworm Deluxe game that I purchased and loaded onto my computer and used for more than a year suddenly closed saying that my trial period was up. I want my game back to where it was before it closed. There should be no reason for this to have happened as I should not have been in a trial version of the game that I purchased.
