I am glad my carpet cleaned by Carpet Cleaning New York. They cleaned my carpet superbly, it smell great and looks absolutely new. Highly recommended company for carpet cleaning - If you looking for carpet cleaning services, they are the one for you.

I made an appointment for an in home carpet cleaning on a Saturday morning. The technician was supposed to arrive between 9am-11am. At 10:45am I had to call York to find out where he was. At 11:05 I was told he would arrive in 20 mins because of "traffic." At 11:55am I met the manager and the technician in my lobby - I explained that I needed to see a family friend in the hospital but was waiting for them all morning. I was treated rudely, received no apology and was told that I "wasn't going to get a free cleaning" if that's what I was looking for. The manager was extremely unprofessional and I did not feel comfortable letting these men into my apartment so I asked them to leave. I would not recommend this service at all.

Last week I moved to a new house and the carpets were extremely dirty and smelled really bad. I called York Carpet Care and I was amazed with their work. After they were done cleaning, the house smelled so good and the carpets were so clean. All of a sudden I discovered the real color of the carpets, they looked so bright.They knew exactly what they were doing ? real pros!!! I would recommend themto everyone!!! Thanks so much!!
