Absolutely AWFUL

I'm still kind of speechless. Mr. Chow's in Tribeca is... it's... I don't really have words for it.

Wait. Yes I do. Foul. Inedible. A joke. Rancid. A cosmic ripoff.

Are you kidding me?

This place is designed - it actually REVELS in - ripping off tourists and tasteless human beings. From the moment they tricked us into ordering $10 bottles of bottled water to the last disgusting bites of "complimentary" cake for desert, Mr. Chow's Tribeca was nauseating.

I don't want to relive the food by telling you what we ordered. Every single item was vile. Embarrassingly grotesque. Every single item tasted, looked, smelled, and FELT awful.

I don't have much more to add. In these times, I would think people would have little desire to throw their money away on an "experience" like this. Because this "experience" is about disgusting food and fake "high end" service designed only to sell sell sell you.

If you enjoy eating "food" cooked by people who are laughing at your complete lack of taste, and being served by waitstaff who consider you a walking wallet and are smirking at you for just being there, then by all means, eat at Mr. Chow's.

Otherwise, PLEASE avoid Mr. Chow's Tribeca, and have an appealing, human and decent diniing experience in a place that actually cares.
