I've traveled to Dhaka, Bangladesh just last month and it was great experience with the service which i've received from this Agency. I had some family issue and the Agent at this firm help me and booked my return flight in metter of time and i was back in Washington just is nick of time. I appreciate for their service, I'll refer this Agency to all my family and friends.

I have been traveling for 20 years and never in my life I have experienced such a horrible service . My international flight was booked more than a month ago and on the day of departure, I was told at the airport ticket counter that I am booked all the way to my destination but not on local US airline flight . This resulted in my flight cancellation and rescheduling . My whole vacation plan is down the drain and now I have to pay extra 800 Dollars to reschedule the flight. Instead of admitting the fault, my travel agent has been blaming the airlines and everyone else in the world. In this age, who would make such a blunder , really? Stay away from these unprofessional minions of human beings .

Nadeem ,the owner/agent is big time liar he never give the service which promise in first show nice face but soon pay him he shows his lair face even he blame the passengers don't use him for umrah and other destination also cheat on umrah fee stay away
