I just had the best experience! I normally use this other car service that I will not name. I made reservations for a car to pick me up today, and after waiting around for a full hour I realized that they werent going to show. So I called and the dispatch and made up my mind that I would no longer use their services after she goes,Ohhhh, you did have a reservation! I was so through with them. I ended up calling NYC Express Limo and explained what happened. Not only did they send a car for me right away, it was a very nice car! They gave me an upgrade for my troubles and they werent even the problem! Im definitely going to be using them from now on.

Excellent experience. Would certainly recommend to others!!
