Our coop has used this company for over 25 years. The VP use to be part of Darwood, which went OOB. They are monsters. MK, through him has made the lives of many here miserable. Communication is restricted so no one knows what goes on and people fear them. The apt. above us was bought and after 4 months of work, we hear water whooshing across our bedroom ceiling. We find out a second B/R (both with power/assist toilets) was installed. My wife gets a call at her office and he says he has to apologize. He forgot that our line only has one B/R. It took, 4 months for him to remember? $4500 later in legal fees (their lawyer was a board member) my att. was told to fly a kite. MANY more stories. HE/THEY DO NOTHING GOOD FOR THE RESIDENTS. Slumlords at heart. You pay maintenance for nothing. RE Agents will not show apartments here because of them and ?an unresponsive board.? That kind of rep., the stress and the tears you don?t need. I wish I could tell you how they treat the disabled. BEWARE
