Competitively priced - Comparing a few different appliance repair teams in my local NYC neighborhood, I came across these guys. I phoned them for a quote on a service call on my boiler and was impressed with the estimate. I arranged for the work to be done as soon as possible and expected to be put on some kind of waiting list. I was very surprised when I received a call the next day with a time slot for just two days away. The work done was completed to the highest standards and the price was really affordable too.

Great service! - This is the first time I have used Maximum Appliance Repair, but I can say I was really impressed. I called them out to look at my air conditioning and was really impressed with the speed they got to the root of the problem. A great service at a price that was affordable, and most importantly my A/C is now working again.

These guys restored my faith in repairmen - With small businesses being taken over by unfriendly and large companies that ignore customer service, it was a breath of fresh air when I found these guys. A friendly service, some one always answers the phone first time, and a job well done!

These guys do a great job! - I am not a fan of repairmen, mostly because they always tend to be rude and bad with timekeeping. It was such a relief when Tom turned up on time and fixed my fridge on the spot!

Extremely competitively priced -

When it comes to appliance repair companies I was always used to paying what seemed like a lot for a simple call out or service repair. That was before I came across Maximum Appliance Repair. Their prices are extremely competitive and their service is reliable and good quality too.

"Perfect!" - This company are just perfect! I usually loathe repairmen, or that was before I met Tom. He is so friendly and talked me through what was wrong with my boiler and the steps he would have to take to fix it. I felt I could really trust his judgement and was sure he charged me a fair price. Perfect!

"Tom, I love you!" - If you did not come and fix that washing machine then I would have had to buy a new one, something which I could ill afford!

"Best repair team in NYC" - I called out this company to come and look at my commercial dishwasher in my restaurant. To my delight someone came the very same day. With no fuss and barely any mess he fixed the problem straight away. Now that’s what I call service

"An Appliance Repair Company that actually cares…" - I have worked with A LOT of appliance repair companies in the past. I am part of a property management company that has hundreds of apartments around New York. Not many of them seemed to be that good. They made wild promises and never kept to them. Tom is different though. He turns up when he says he is going to, and he charges an affordable price as well. I don’t think we will be dealing with anybody else from now on!

They have mended my dishwasher in the past and now my fridge and oven. Their service is second to none and you can really trust Tom to carry the work out to the highest of standards.

I am not really keen on repairmen; they often leave you with dirty footprints in your home as well as a huge bill to pay! But I can confidently say that Tom is different, in fact he is one of a kind in his field, and I have never met anyone before that knew so much about washing machines! Fixed my washer the very same day AND at a price I could afford to pay!

"Saved my dinner party" -



I know it is a little cliché, but these guys really saved my bacon! I was planning a dinner party to celebrate my son’s graduation (he has always been a particularly formal person! No loud parties for him!). I was just about to stick the meat in the freezer to keep it safe, but I opened it up and everything was melted. Everything! I got in touch with Tom. He understood my predicament and he came out the very same day to fix it for me! I did have to buy a bit more meat as the stuff I had did get defrosted, but hey, at least I was still able to have the dinner party right?

I had a bit of a unique problem and these guys put it right!

I had a pretty old brand range. By old brand I mean a repair agent in their right mind wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole. There was no instruction manual so the guy that came and visited didn’t know how to fix it. He went home, and the next day I was surprised to get a phone call. Turns out he spent all evening carrying out research online to find out how to fix the problem. He knew how and it was fixed the same day. That is what I call service!
