This is the worst. Ive been hung up on several times and its hard to get thru. The lady has quite the attitude and is not very friendly and id rather talk to an automated machine that keeps misunderstanding me than a human who is clearly doing the bare minimun and is counting the hours til she leaves. Some people just dont care and she is one of them. Dont kno how this lady still has her job. Its taking everything in me not to call one more time and tell her just how unprofessional she is.
