The car lift here got stuck and I waited 2.5 hours before the man working on this issue said he would pay for my Uber home and back to the garage to get my car. I also asked to compensate food purchases for the long, inconvenient wait. I have now called numerous times and left voicemails for Ginelle. I've also emailed plenty and they have not answered. I filed a complaint via 311 with NYC. They have not reimbursed my Uber trips and food and are causing extra stress on top of their car lift being broken in the first place.
