Konstantinos, or "Gus" -- as his friends and clients call him -- is a consummate professional. He returns calls promptly and efficiently. He answers questions directly. Mr. Finkelstein is a Professor of Law at a local law school and has over 50 years of expertise and experience in the real-estate industry and is incredibly knowledgeable and giving of his time. (He is also the author of a two-volume treatise used by judges and other lawyers in the real-estate fireld. So, I'm glad I didn't settle for second-best. I went straight to the source.)
