This is a Fraud company and currently owns and sells a brand named " Piper by Townsen " . This Brand believes in exploiting the human rights . They are Violators of Human Rights as they got production done from Small Companies in India and then threatened them to file a Chapter 11 / bankruptcy . The factories were eventually not paid and these people earlier operated with the name being " Townsen " and have now launched a new label named " Piper by Townsen " . The owner Howard and earlier the Designer and now a Partner in new label Emily Elliot are cheats . There were many people who did not get paid because of these people . Please never buy their new Brand " Piper by Townsen " as this is a Greedy organisation exploiting people across the Globe .
