My 21 yo son was arrested last month and called me in the middle of the night to tell me he was in central booking. Of course, ive never been through anything like this and was lost and terrified. I called Mr. Prestia's firm at 6am in the morning on a Sunday- and he got back to me almost immediately.

He was clear about the process and reassured me of how things would go with my son. He called me every couple of hours to update me on the status of the case and soon enough, he was there to meet me in court and get my son released from jail. the case is still pending but i am optimistic of the outcome.

Since my arraignment, Paul was continually by my side. His knowledge of the system helped get my serious case dismissed. Throughtout the process he was available to answer any questions about my case and present a strategy for my defense which worked. I would also say that based on people i talked to his fees were reasonable and we worked out a payment plan for my case. I dont anticipate getting in anymore trouble, but if i need anything- Ill be sure to call Paul.
