My computer was giving me trouble so I decided to check for reviews on places that repair computers. I decided to give Bnytech a chance based on reviews. The location was not far from where I live so I took my computer there to check it out. First of all I was so pleased that they check computers and don't charge a fee to diagnose it. Yes, FREE DIAGNOSIS!! I checked another place and they wanted to charge me $60 to diagnose it. After they diagnosed it, they were pretty honest in telling me that the computer would cost around $200-$300 to repair. It was a Mac and the power supply had gone out. I missed the deadline for Apple to repair it at no cost with the recall on power supplies. Bnytech (Alex) even helped me by finding that information out for me. The guys went above and beyond for me even though I didn't end up getting it repaired. They even suggested that I would do better purchasing a new computer than paying for the Mac to be repaired.

I had a surprisingly exceptional experience with BNYTECH. I usually encounter companies who are completely baffled about my computer issues and who offer little or no results. This Particular issue was a complete breakdown in my laptop and I was so afraid of losing all of my data because I hadn't backed up my files. I called up mentioned my dilema and spoke with with Alex who put me at ease and mentioned to me he would arrange a free pick up within a 2hr span. I was impressed at his demeanor and his patience in listening to what I had to say and his abiltiy to explain in detail the situation in a no rush attitude on the phone. He said I shouldn't worry and he would take a look at it and let me know what was wrong the following day. He fixed it completely, recovered all of my data, backed up my data as well. My heart almost stopped when one of my hard drives burned out with all the data on it. That was a big disaster for my home business. I took my computer to three different places including BestBuy, none of them was able to recover the data, but BnyTech were very different in the minute I walked in; they were very professional, and very understanding. They spent enough time explaining the problem to me and all the possibilities to solve it. They were able to recover my data in less than 48 hours. Since then Bnytech has been handling all my computers needs. They have made some great suggestions that saved me money and improved my business. I really recommend them to any business.

I had a serious problem with my hard drive, which crashed.. As the hard drive contained electronic books and many documents important to me it was necessary to recover it at any cost. I took it to all kinds of experts and none of them could do anything about it, plus I even had to pay over $300 with little to show for it. Through the diligent work of Bnytech Services, I have finally been able to recover most of the those vital files on my hard drive and my Dell Dimension has been restored to full working order through his repair service replacing my power supply and a memory card in the process.
