These people need lessons in how to be human beings. Every phone call or inquiry to them ends in a letter from their lawyers. The Superintendents of their buildings use the security camera systems to bait disgruntled tenents into fights on video.



I rent but I know people who have owned apartments in Goodstein buildings and have sold to get away from these horrible "people".
