This establishment is by far the worst I have ever used in my life in NYC. I went there numerous times, and have not received my clothing for over 3 months. I have contacted the Owner Eli, and he did not respond to my emails and phone calls. I warn everyone that La Maison Cleaners is not reliable and completely dishonest with its customers. I asked when I first arrived to pick up my clothing and the owner tells us that it was stuck in transit. So i waited the next day, as he said it would be ready then, only to find out that the clothes were missing. And then he has the audacity to tell me it was not his fault and that we should use them at their own risk?!!! Since when did using a dry cleaner need an insurance waiver!! completely dissappointed. Will be taking this to a small claims court.
