This is how Mr. Charlie steps in as a translator or assistant for this law firm. I wonder if the office of krinsky & Musumeci in manhattan, state of New York has any idea how Mr. Charlie’s behavior has affect busyness affair between the office and none English speaker.



He sure is a big grouch lion who has very short and hot temper, he would row, he would grind, he would hang up on you at no time and he would not haste to yelled “go ahead fill complain”. He sure is rowdy person.



He act as proficiency in law & terms. He would make decision for you right on you face without any haste. If you ask him to relay any information regarding you case to the attorney. These are the answers most likely you going to get “no, it is no need or it is not going to make your case better or your documents don’t prove any thing”. I wonder why we need a lawyer argue form our point of the review or even a judge in court house for? Since Mr. Charlie hammer down “case closed”.



We should hire Mr. Charlie cause, (a) much cheaper (b) no long waiting time for final decision (c) less stress. He should be award for his “power of the authority” and to treat none English speaker as “you don’t know any thing! Moron”.



By all mean you can’t do anything without Mr. Charlie’s translation skill to relay any information it may help your case to your attorney. therefore, behave youself if you need his help.



So, I have followed Mr. Charlie’s advice take my case to another attorney and fill complain. My new attorney got me better deal and medical attention that I needed. By the way, Mr. Charlie refuse to give back my ordocuments that he claimed he has never received and it is just a copy. Right! even a copy still I had pay for the paper and copy and hand it to you, you got to keep it?
