Even though it clearly states on the TWC website that they deal with residential, commercial, business, I just went down to close my TWC Business account and return the modems. After waiting 1/2 hr and being called I was informed they do not accept Business Accounts without telephoning first (probably so that they can get someone on the phone to try get you not to cancel. So now I have to call up cancel, then go back to 23rd St to return my modems.

We recommend Time Warner Cable because we like the high speed internet and the telephone plans. We love Time Warner Cable.
