I was not satisfied with their customer relations. I wanted to exchange a jacket and pants to a smaller size and Jason lied directly to my face. He said they did not have those sizes. Finally the owner was called and sure enough they had the sizes i that fit me. Junior's does not have a fitting room. Also they do not accept returns, all non-police officers could find better treatment at the many other nypd uniform stores in the city or on-line.
