I have been a patient of Dr. Jelks for twenty years. His expertise is unparalleled. Dr. Jelks has a manner of dealing with him that instills confidence. I first visited Dr. Jelks to correct an upper eyelid issue which was the result of an orbital fracture. Dr. Jelks did a great job. Years later, i went to Dr. Jelks for some facial work.
