We provide hands on service, expert advice and a well-rounded selection of headwear that includes fedoras, newsboy caps, berets and much more. Visit our 5th Avenue location in New York City and enjoy a true hat shop experience. If you are not satisfied with any purchase by mail from our catalog or website please return it within 6 months of the original order date and we will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1-2 billing periods. A return received after 6 months qualifies for merchandise credit or exchange only. We can only accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise. Sales on all customized items such as shaped brims, changed bands, initialized items and special orders are final.
