My large screen tv flickers while on. It's at its worst when its cold and I first turn it on. Found Ivans TV repair on Cregs List and called for service. The Service Tech came to my home and looked at my tv for about 5 minutes. Never moved or touched it - just looked at it while mumbling to himself. He said he needed his other tool bag and that he parked several blocks away. I told him about the condition being worse when the tv is cold, so he asked if I would shut it off while he go and gets his other bag. HE NEVER CAME BACK!! After waiting about 1/2 hour, I started calling his cell phone (# listed on his web site) but he would not answer. Only after I called from a different phone did he pick up. I had a few words with him and told him who I was. He then started saying "phone not working! phone not working!" then he hung up. It was by far, the strangest thing I ever experienced. I have no clue why he acted like he did. Unprofesional, rude, weird or just plain ignorant? - you pick it.
