Having been very familiar with Itsu in the UK, I was excited to hear that they were opening a restaurant in the US. It is exactly what we need in terms of fresh and healthy grab and go sushi, from a company that has a clear focus on quality, service and ethical matters surrounding meat consumption.

I have visited multiple times already and have had fantastic experiences on every occasion.

Itsu has a vast selection of dishes for a restaurant that manages to maintain a boutique feel and very personal service. Having tried various items across the menu including sushi, dumplings and hot dishes, I have found all to be full of fresh and healthy ingredients - They look as good as they taste, and manage to be both light and filling.

Will certainly recommend and return!
