When I first began my cleansing, I was not even greeted. They wanted to treat my daughter by herself and I said of course not. How could they treat a minor without their legal guardian? They had her wait in the in the waiting room for my X-Ray and I was 100% uncomfortable. After the X-Ray I went to get my daughter and during the cleansing she was told to stand in a corner and was not allowed the spare chair.

As they were cleansing my teeth the assistant put a strange tool to my face and I felt dust everywhere in eyes and nose. They did give me a chance to spit or anything. I can't believe I lasted so long here. AND AT LAST, THE GRAND FINALE, she put water in my mouth and then left the hose turned on, which resulted in the drowning of my pants. She did not notice because the hose was turned on it's slot(pointed towards me only). The dentist did not notice or the assistant(just me and my daughter), I waited patiently for them to turn off the hose for what seemed like 5 minutes but was really 1 or 2. I had to stop the cleansing to notify them and they did not apologize or show any remorse. From there I left the office and told them how irresponsible the treatment I recieved was.

I feel like they were being generally rude, they did not even apoligize for the water or anything. Absolutely ridiculous.
