TERRIBLE, BAD, POOR, HORRIFYING, AWFUL, DREADFUL, APPALLING (I have my thesaurus here, I can go all day.) I wish there was a worse word in the dictionary I can use to describe the type of service I received from this place. How can it be that this business has stayed open for years and have such HORRIBLE customer service? It's unbelievable.



After purchasing a brand new fridge, my ice dispenser broke. Since we were still under warranty, Hvac And Appliance Repair Network was sent out to fix the problem. After they identified the issue, I was told that they would order the parts, which would take a week to come in and they would return fix it.



A week passed by, supposedly one of the parts needed was on back order...



Two weeks passed by, still on back order...



Three weeks passed by. What do you know? Still on back order.



Over a month and a half passes. Still no part. And every time I call in to talk to someone on the phone, they're as clueless as I am to what the problem is. No help what so ever. I request to speak to a manger or supervisor. Guess what? They're out and will call me back. Do they ever? Nope. HORRIFYING! Absolutely CR_P!

I finally call Whirpool to find out what the problem is and in after being on the phone with them for 5 minutes, they immediately find the "back ordered" part and mail it out to me for next day arrival. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Was it really that easy? What the hell is wrong with Hvac And Appliance Repair?

When we FINALLY get an appointment in the books for them to come out and fix my fridge. They don't even show up or call me to notify. Unbelievable. (I could go get my Thesaurus again)

I really shouldn't have let it drag on for that long, but I work 12 hour days almost every day. I would much rather spend the rest of my free time with my grandbabies than trying to get my fridge fixed. It really shouldn't be this difficult.



Hvac And Appliance Repair Network is a waste of time and energy.
