These guys were really good. Got back to us from filling out the online form to book the appointment very quickly. They were a half hour late but they also phoned us a half hour before to let us know they were running behind. I really appreciate that they did that. When they got here they were efficient and really clean. Super nice guys. Definitely going to call them again. Great company.

Terrible customer service. Website claims "We do what we promise, and we put your needs first. When you have an emergency, we can get to you fast since one of our staff member is probably already in your neighborhood." Promised me 6x in a month to come to my apartment to repair my AC unit and showed up 2x. Promised to return the next day with the appropriate services and didn't. Took time off from work to wait for their arrival at my apartment, and they never showed up (multiple times). Manager refused to answer my phone calls or to address my complaints and proceeded to block my phone number. Terrible customer service, terrible services in general.

We had a new HVAC system installed. Jay and kevin were very professional and courteous. No complaints. Great customer service all the way around from this company.

Great service from the sales person, Carlos Felix is what made me decide to go with Hi tech central air inc in the first place. He was friendly, professional, organized, and knowledgeable. Also the installers were very helpful and willing to take the time to answer my questions. My house looked cleaner after they left than when they first came in. Great service overall!

We had our central heat and air system replaced by Hi tech central air Heating and Air last week. They were professional, prompt and informative. We have used Hitech in the past for plumbing issues and now can say they are just as good to work with in their Heating and Air division.
We were most impressed with their quick response to our call. That was and always has been the most important thing. No waiting 2 days or 4 hours to get to you. We will continue to use Hitech because of their outstanding service and prompt response to problems.

Everything we said here we have photo evidence. We have their people signed for a full refund and these people not even didn't get back to us to solve the problem, but also duck our calls and even block our numbers！！！
We already recommend our building to block these people.
We had two PTAC units in our apartment and at first it was just no cooling for the living room unit. These guys look at it and first of all said it needed a service which is 400dollars. Then when they took it out they see the cooling fan is broken, so they say they are going to contact Islandaire（the brand of our ptac unit）to order the fan from them. After they took it back and put it onto work, it just doesn't sound right! We ask them multiple times that if the fan they replace is not compatible. These guys told us that's the fan this specific company provides and they went all to way to pick it up. I don't even want to start on what they did to trick us to believe they fix the bedroom unit and lie to us about all the thing they did to our ptac units. We only found out because our machines started to have problems again（everytime after they look at our units they came up with some new issues and we waited they for two days which they say they are coming but they didn't）, we called someone else and that person figure out all the problems right away and found the fan they provided us is an old ugly fan and definitely not sent by the company, not compatible to our machine and it is dangerous to keep it that way！ They chopped of the head of our fan motor to be able to fit the ugly old metal fan on, which cost us to buy a new motor because the actual new fan from the real islandaire company is not gonna fit for sure！ We asked them to come again to look at these evidence, and now they just ducking our calls and even block our number！ So shady not trust worthy people. Shame on you！
